In the work life organization laboratory, there are three main streams of research.
Picture

 I. WORK-LIFE BALANCE
The first line of research is about the work-family interface, which investigates the topics of work- family conflict, employed parents, and well-being at the workplace. The question of “how workplaces can be improved in order to promote employee well-being” is one of the focuses of those studies. We investigate the impact of new interventions focusing on work-life balance and supporting well- being.

II. PERSONALITY AT WORKPLACE
The second line of research focuses on the role of personality at workplace. We aimed to examine the role of traits on organizational outcomes such as turnover intentions, job satisfaction, and person-environment fit. We also investigate the  Dark Triads (Narcissism, Machiavellianism, Psychopathy) at workplace and their association with workplace behaviors.
